Returns Policy


RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to our warehouse in its original packaging, as detailed below. Returns can be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order.


Useful Information

To make the right choice regarding size and fit, please carefully read the product description of the item you are interested in. It will help you determine the fit of the product, for example, whether it is slim, regular, or loose fit.


Return Process

Returns are accepted after consultation via email at info@originalstore or by phone at +30 210-3212406.


Return Shipping

Returns must exclusively be sent through ELTA Courier for orders within Greece. If you choose to return products using a courier service other than ELTA Courier, the return will be at your own responsibility and cost. If the courier requests payment upon receipt, we will not accept the return.


  1. Package the product you wish to return in its original packaging.
  2. Deliver the parcel to ELTA Courier with the notation “Recipient’s Charge” and the shipping address:
    Original Store, 27 Ifaistou Street, Athens 10555, Attica, Greece, Phone: +30 210-3212406.


Return Shipping Costs:

  • Greece: For domestic orders, in case of an exchange, you will be charged half the shipping cost. For example, if you received a pair of trousers and wish to exchange it, you return it to ELTA Courier with the “Recipient’s Charge” notation and will not be charged for this return. However, the replacement product will incur a shipping charge of €6.00 (+/- any price difference due to the exchange). If a second exchange is required, it must be arranged in consultation with OriginalStore.gr customer service.
  • Defective Products: If the product is found to be defective, the return is free of charge after consultation by phone at +30 210-3212406 or via email at info@originalstore.gr.


Receipt and Completion of Returns Process

The process includes the receipt of the parcel by our returns department and a quality check of the products. If the returned items comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Return Policy, we will contact you by phone to confirm receipt and proceed with your chosen resolution. Otherwise, the appropriate department will contact you to provide further details.


Expected receipt time for your return is 2–3 business days.


Exchanges/Replacements

For returned products, the prices applicable are those valid at the date of purchase as evidenced by the purchase receipt/invoice.


  • If you wish to exchange a product, the total value of your new order must be equal to or greater than the original value.
  • If exchanging a non-discounted product for a discounted one, the exchange will be based on the original price, not the discounted price.
  • For exchanges involving discounted products, the exchange will be based on the value indicated on the purchase receipt/invoice.

Compliance Check for Returned Products

Returned products must meet the following criteria:


  • Be in excellent condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Include all original tags and labels.
  • Be accompanied by a copy of the document that accompanied the order (e.g., Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).


If these conditions are met, you may return the products to us for exchange. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return.


Non-Compliance with the Return Policy

If returned products are not accepted due to non-compliance with the return policy, you will be notified by OriginalStore.gr customer service. You may request the products be returned to you at your own expense. If you do not wish the products returned, OriginalStore.gr will retain the amount paid for the transaction. The products will be held for 60 days in our warehouse before being recycled or donated to charitable organizations.


Non-Acceptable Returns

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:


  • Products that have been used, damaged, destroyed, or washed.
  • Products not in their original condition.
  • Products missing complete packaging (tags, boxes, cases, etc.).
  • Products with unwanted odors.
  • Special offer or promotional items.
  • Products returned after the 14-day period defined by this return policy.


Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible at +30 210-3212406 during customer service hours or by sending your request to info@originalstore.gr.
If your order has already been paid but not yet handed over to the courier, we will promptly refund the amount using the same method of payment (Credit/Debit/Prepaid card, PayPal, or bank deposit).


Gift Return Policy

Refunds are not applicable for gift orders, as refunds can only be made to the gift purchaser. Gift returns must cover the entire original purchase amount.


For orders with different billing and shipping addresses, changes can only be made after telephone consultation with OriginalStore.gr customer service or in writing at info@originalstore.gr.
