   By placing your order, we assume that you have read, understood, and explicitly agreed to the terms and conditions of our online store, which are outlined in the following sections. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please contact us before proceeding with your order.
   1.2 The online store www.originalstore.gr is available for orders in Greece, and the contracts are offered in both Greek and English. By selecting a language, you confirm that you understand it.
   1.3 The use of the online store is prohibited for minors or individuals who lack legal capacity. By accessing the website, you confirm that you are an adult and have legal capacity. You also agree not to allow minors or legally incapable persons to use your account details and password. If such use occurs, OriginalStore.gr is not responsible. Therefore, we ask you to follow basic security rules for online transactions.
   1.4 As a user-visitor of the website, you have access to most areas without registering your details. However, some areas require registration. Please be informed that we may modify all or part of these terms of use from time to time without notifying you. Therefore, you should frequently check the terms to stay informed of your rights and obligations. Continuing to use the website after any changes, which have been previously published in the Terms of Use, constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Terms of Use. Any modification or change does not affect orders that have already been placed for execution. If for any reason the Terms of Use are no longer acceptable to you, you must immediately stop using the website www.originalstore.gr.
   OriginalStore.gr reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue part or all of its services, without any prior notice, at its sole discretion.
   By using this website and its services, you agree to receive electronic messages (emails) related to the use of these services.
   Any complaints, comments, or suggestions should be submitted to our Customer Service Department, as detailed in the "Contact" section.

2. Creating a Personal Account (MY ACCOUNT)
   2.1 To access certain services, OriginalStore.gr requires users to provide details for creating a username and password. The user must ensure that the provided details are true, valid, complete, and comply with the terms of use of OriginalStore.gr.
   We recommend creating a personal account "MY ACCOUNT" on the e-shop, as registered users enjoy the following privileges:
   • Faster and easier order placement.
   • Saving favorite products in the Wishlist.
   • Ability to store the shipping address in the address book for faster payment processing.
   • Access to information about orders and order history.
   • Better customer service before, during, and after your purchases.

2.2 Users are responsible for all actions performed with their password and must notify OriginalStore.gr immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any security breaches, even if potentially occurring.
This information is not disclosed to third parties, except as outlined in the "Privacy Policy" section. OriginalStore.gr is not responsible for any damages or loss arising from the unauthorized or illegal use of the password by third parties due to leakage, or for any other reason, and reserves the right to claim compensation from the user for any damage caused by unauthorized or illegal use of the password. OriginalStore.gr reserves the right to deny granting a password, cancel an already granted password, or terminate the provision of these services to the user and deny any current or future use of its website if any Terms of Use are violated.
2.3 You can update or modify your account details at any time by logging into "MY ACCOUNT" and selecting "Edit." After modifying your personal details, you can save the changes.
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter the email address with which you registered, and you will receive an email with your new password.

3. Newsletter
   Registering for the Newsletter service on OriginalStore.gr is not a mandatory process for making a purchase. However, those who create an account in our online store and become "Members" will have the option, if they wish, to receive our newsletters and promotional material via email.
   Non-members can also register for the Newsletter service by entering their email address in the designated field. By completing the registration, you explicitly consent to OriginalStore.gr sending you informational and promotional material about our products and services, promotional actions, offers, discounts, and relevant topics related to OriginalStore.gr, as well as associated advertising messages.
   OriginalStore.gr, although making every effort with its Email Service Providers (ESPs), is not responsible if the newsletters are not delivered to their intended destination. There is a possibility that newsletters may end up in the Spam folder, so we recommend checking regularly to ensure they are not stored there.
   If you no longer wish to receive newsletters or wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter system, you can inform us using the contact form on the website or by using the "unsubscribe" link at the end of any sent newsletter email.

4. Reservations
   4.1 OriginalStore.gr cannot guarantee the availability of the displayed products. However, it is committed to promptly informing its users.
   4.2 The products sold through the website www.originalstore.gr are intended exclusively for purchase and personal use. Reselling our products is prohibited by customers of our online store.
   4.3 OriginalStore.gr makes every effort to display products on its website as accurately as possible. However, there may be color discrepancies or errors in some cases. Color differences from the actual product are inevitable due to variations in the display medium or the user's screen.
   4.4 We reserve the right to correct any errors or change the website at any time without prior notice.

5. Advertising
   OriginalStore.gr reserves the right to advertise on various websites of its choosing on the Internet and to use partners or advertising agencies as needed. When displaying these ads, cookies are used, but no personal data that identifies users is used.

6. Social Media

The use of social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) offered by the OriginalStore.gr website is subject to these General Terms. Additionally, any interactions through social media may allow access and connection to your respective personal accounts. OriginalStore.gr does not have access to these accounts nor does it control these services and, therefore, is not responsible for the actions or omissions of the social media providers.

7. Product Prices

7.1 The prices of the products listed on the website include VAT. 7.2 Various product offers are valid until stocks are exhausted and, in some cases, until the offer period expires. 7.3 We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.

8. Orders

8.1 The purchase of products through the OriginalStore.gr online store constitutes a remote sales contract regulated by the provisions of Law 2251/1994, in combination with Ministerial Decision Z1/891/13-08-2013 (Government Gazette No. B' 2144/30.08.2013) regarding the "Adaptation of Greek legislation to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council of October 25, 2011" and the provisions of the Civil Code, as applicable. To place an order: After selecting and viewing the products you are interested in, add them to the cart. To view and proceed with your order, place the cursor on the top right icon of the cart until a small preview of the order appears, and click the arrow to "VIEW CART," or simply click on the cart icon (top right of the screen). You can complete your order in the following ways: A) If you have an account, log in using your email and password. B) Create an account by providing your email and necessary information. C) As a guest by completing the required fields for processing and delivering your order.

To proceed to the next step, click the “CHECKOUT/COMPLETE ORDER” button, then:

• Fill in your shipping and billing details as requested. To proceed to the next step, click the “CHECKOUT/COMPLETE ORDER” button. • Choose your preferred payment method by checking the box next to each option, accept the terms of use, and complete your order. • After completing the order, a confirmation message will appear on your screen, showing your order code. Additionally, you will be notified by email with the order preview.

8.2 After completing your order, you will immediately receive an automated email confirming its registration. On the first business day after your order is placed, the customer service department will confirm the availability of the items ordered and proceed with shipment. While OriginalStore.gr makes every effort to ensure that the availability of products displayed is accurate at all times, we cannot guarantee that there will be no instances where, due to human error or technical malfunction, availability information is incorrect. However, we commit to providing timely updates to users regarding their availability and the best possible service. Order confirmation and preparation are done on business days, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00.

In the rare event that, even though our system showed stock availability when placing your order, during the warehouse collection, it was found that there was no stock, we are required either to remove the out-of-stock item from your order or to cancel the entire order if it only contains that out-of-stock item, at no cost to you.

Once your order is completed, you cannot add any other products. If you wish to change or add something, please contact us by phone at 210 3212406 (during business hours) so we can add the new product for you.

8.3 If your entire order or part of it is not confirmed due to stock shortages, you will be sent an email notification. Furthermore, for better and quicker communication, a representative from our customer service will contact you by phone. For more details, refer to our Return Policy.

8.4 Order Tracking & Receipt As mentioned above, placing an order through the OriginalStore.gr online store constitutes a remote sales contract governed by Law 2251/1994, in combination with Ministerial Decision Z1/891/13-08-2013, as well as the Civil Code. You can place orders via the online ordering process. For delivery, OriginalStore.gr cooperates with ELTA Courier. More details can be found in the "Shipping Policy" section. If the purchase was made via credit/debit/prepaid card, to ensure the security of the cardholder, the products will only be delivered to the buyer, who must receive the order in person and present the original ID or passport. The order may also be received by a third party authorized by the buyer in writing. Even with written authorization, the authorized person must present the aforementioned documents to complete the delivery of products purchased via credit card. In cases of gifts, the delivery information is determined by the customer who places the order on the OriginalStore.gr website.

In the case of payment by cash on delivery, you must have the exact amount in cash for payment upon delivery.

8.5 Shipping Times For domestic shipments, upon completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is prepared and invoiced, it will enter the shipping stage, and you will receive a link (from ELTA Courier) to track its progress. The estimated delivery time is two to three (2-3) business days, but delivery may be delayed in exceptional cases such as: remote areas, periods of high commercial activity (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, discount periods), force majeure, etc.

If there is a delay for any reason, such as force majeure or transportation issues, the courier company will contact you. If delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us via email at info@originalstore.gr or by phone at 210 3212406 (during business hours), and we will resolve the issue.

Your purchase is completed upon delivery of the products. The final receipt or invoice will be given to you upon receipt.

9. Payment Methods

• By using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, American Express cards (credit, debit, or prepaid). The transaction for payment approval is handled by the cooperating Piraeus Bank, ensuring the security of the transaction with the latest certified encryption systems. The charge to your card is made upon successful completion of your order to "OriginalStore.gr." No card or transaction details are stored on our website, only the reference to the transaction made.

10. Payment Security

10.1 "OriginalStore.gr" does not have access to your bank data and does not store information related to your bank or credit, debit, or prepaid card. 10.2 "OriginalStore.gr" will not be responsible for any damage or loss (direct or indirect) suffered by the cardholder if their card is used illegally or without authorization. 10.3 "OriginalStore.gr" is not responsible for any damage to your computer equipment caused by viruses, worms, spyware programs, or similar during your connection to our website. Please ensure that you have antivirus programs, firewalls, and other protection software updated.

11. Issuance of Invoices Regardless of the payment method, you can choose to receive a retail receipt or an invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers who provide the necessary information: company name, VAT number, tax office, full address (including postal code), phone number, and profession. Please check the correctness of the billing details before completing your order.

12. Returns - Right of Withdrawal The primary goal of "OriginalStore.gr" is for all our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases from our online store. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the products under the terms specified in the "Return Policy" section.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

A. Intellectual Property Rights
Except for specific third-party rights (intellectual and others), all content contained on the websites (indicatively: trademarks, distinctive features, photos, texts, and all files in general) constitutes the intellectual and industrial property of OriginalStore.gr and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek, European, and international law.
This content cannot be fully or partially subject to trade, copying, modification, reproduction, retransmission, or transmitted or distributed in any way by any user.
Each user is entitled to save a single copy of part of the website content for strictly personal use, without deleting the source indications.

B. User Obligations

• Install, promote, or distribute content containing digital viruses or any other electronic code, files, or programs designed to interfere with, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software or telecommunication equipment, or prevent other users from using the website.
• Disclose personal information of themselves or third parties containing user data or third-party information, whether in real-time chats, message boards, or during the use of any service on the website that enables communication among more than two users.
• Generally, behave in a manner contrary to the law, as well as good and transactional practices.
  In case of illegal or contrary usage of the website, users are obliged to indemnify OriginalStore.gr for any damages incurred. The non-exercise by OriginalStore.gr of its rights under these Terms does not imply a waiver of those rights.

D. User Rights
We retain your personal data as long as you remain an active customer. At any time, you have the right to request and receive the following information:
a) All personal data related to you.
b) The purposes of processing and potential recipients.
c) The correction, updating, or deletion of the data stored in our records, as well as the right to object at any time to the processing of your data.
You can modify or update your personal data by logging into the "MY ACCOUNT" section of the website. E. What Are Cookies and How They Are Used

Specifically, personal data held may be disclosed to the competent judicial, police, and other administrative authorities upon their legal request and in accordance with the applicable legislative provisions. I. Security Statement

As is well known, the transmission of information over the internet is not entirely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information submitted to us, and consequently, any transfer/transmission of such information is done at your own risk.

However, we use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access where possible. The data provided will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, i.e., purchasing products through the e-shop and securely sending them via courier, and will only be shared with third parties essential for fulfilling the contract, such as the courier company. These details will be securely stored electronically by us for five (5) years from your last transaction, and if you have an account with us, for as long as you maintain it and have not requested its deletion. They will not be shared with third parties (except for the courier company or other necessary parties for fulfilling the sale) without your explicit consent and will be deleted whenever you request.

You also have the right to request correction, restriction, or full deletion of your data by sending a simple request to info@originalstore.gr. You have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) if you believe your data is being processed in violation of GDPR provisions.

This consent is valid only if you are over 18 years old. If you are under 18, we need parental or guardian consent. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to info@originalstore.gr.

Your email will only be used for the purpose of sending these newsletters, securely stored in the company's electronic files, and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. It will be deleted securely upon your request via email to info@originalstore.gr.

OriginalStore.gr is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from your failure to comply with and follow these terms of use.

These terms and conditions, along with any amendments, are governed by Greek law. For any disputes arising from this agreement, the competent courts of Athens are designated.
